Printer not accepting substraight tray

Hi,
Has anyone run into the problem of the printer not accepting the substraight tray? When we load the tray into position and push the button the green "on" light blinks then the red light blinks (button to the left of the "on" button) and the tray is push back out. This also happens with the CD tray that came with the printer. Any suggestions.

Hi,

We've actually had the same problem. Although it should accept if the line mark on the left is aligned with the triangle arrow on the printer... we've found it necessary to push the substrate tray in approximately an inch further.

It started accepting it then. Were the printer rollers running but the tray not moving in? You might want to check the back of the substrate tray to make sure there's no damage. Ours was spinning some and there was a horizontal mark, and after that I think it could no longer grab the tray.
