Streaking in negative bias scans

We have been observing streaking in all of our negative biased scans lately, has anyone else seen this and do you have any ideas on how to eliminate it? You can see examples of this by looking at any of our recent negative biased scans. It is not a problem with the positive scans?? Thanks

Lee,

You have such a big signal on your hot area that it may be a laser reflection. Watch the scan as it is going over the areas of the streaks and see if some laser reflection isn't hitting you hot area during those scans.
Since the hot area is different on positive and negative scans it may not be a problem on the positive runs.

The cell bottom fell off and after cleaning and epoxying it back together the streaks are gone. One way of fixing the problem.
