The report from Reed:
Alex and Megan printed their first metal oxide film this afternoon (Sr, La, Fe, and Co) and it's in the furnace overnight. We decided to program a reasonably slow heating rate (1 deg/min) up to 500˚C before dwelling for 2 hours. Their experience was that the metal nitrate solutions did not print quite as crisply as the calibration pattern with the regular inks. The triangles were somewhat "squashed."
