New Printing Pattern

So I recently reinstalled all of the software and equipment onto a fresh computer and everything is working great except for the new printing pattern. We have been using ImageJ to print by changing the file designation from a .JPEG to a .TIF. But, when we do print the pattern is not correctly aligned to where the glass is on our holder and it also seems much larger then the previous patterns. Is there any easy solution or quick fix that anyone knows of? The alternative would be to just make a new glass holder so that the glass is in the right spot for where the pattern is printed.

Hi Josh,

What programs do you normally use to view pictures? Do you have any other programs that you can use to view and print the template using its JPEG? I have been using Microsoft picture manager. You could try a free version from google called picasa (picasa.google.com). Otherwise we could resize the template to fit. Another question, what CD size have you been choosing to print on? Please let me know. I hope this helps.
