In the last year and a half, we have been using the HP D5460 printers. These printers are becoming harder and harder to find. They are still on amazon and a few other places, but I think it will continue to get less and less. If you feel like you should buy another printer and have been using the HP D5460 and want to continue to use that then you might want to buy an extra. Right now they are running between $65-85.

The alternative printer is the newer HP version the D7560. It is basically the same printer, with a larger touch screen. It uses the same cartridges, has the same print head and same CD/DVD tray. We were telling people to buy the D5460s because they were running much cheaper than the D7560s. The new versions are starting to come down in price and have been seen as low as $99 on places like www.hp.com, www.officedepot.com, www.walmart.com, and www.bestbuy.com. They are typically running around $150.
