Here are the images of how I modified the gear system in the scan station. As you can see, I took the two 8 tooth gears closest to the rotor and replaced them with axle bushings. As well as replacing these, you'll have to push the axle going through the rotor deeper into the gears so you bypass the first gear and have the rotor turn the second gear in.
