Laser Issues

Hello,

I am not sure why the laser is not turning on. I recently recieved a laser and data aquisition box. I reinstalled the instaCal software to see if that might be a problem, and the laser still did not turn on. I was not sure if there is a specific installation configuration that should be done. It ask for "Number of Channels" and "Exit Clock Type". Also, when I try to calibrate the channels 0 or 1, I get a message stating "Update Input Connections". In the text box, it states "Please connect analog input pins: 1,2 to the CAL output(pin 16).

Printer error question

I cannot get the printer to accept the printer cartridges. The printer gives the error "ink Cartridge(s) missing or damaged". I have filled the cartridges and this still keeps happening. Any answers? Justin

Install ternary.quad

I just start this project two weeks ago and everything seems new to me. I started install software today I had a hard time finding ternary.quad file to install.

In addition, I did not see the printer in the box that was sent from CSU. Should we buy one for ourselves?
